Peanut Butter Nutella Crinkle Cookies


1 Cup Nutella
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter ( or Almond Butter)
1 Egg, slightly beaten
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 TB Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Hazelnuts


    Pre-heat oven to 250
  1. In a mixer, cream together all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Using a 2 ounce scoop, scoop dough and roll into balls. Dip the tops of each ball into the chopped hazelnuts and place on a parchment or silpat lined pan.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  4. Note: do not over bake these or they will be dry and crumbly
