Ingredients

1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Chinese Black Vinegar

2 Scallions, thinly sliced

1 TB Fresh Ginger, finely chopped or grated

1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

2 tsp Granulated Sugar

1 tsp Chinese Hot Chili Paste

Directions

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together and whisk until combined. Serve at room temperature.
