1/3 Cup Tamarind Concentrate
1/3 Cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Light Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Fish Sauce (Road Boat Brand)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 TB Garlic Powder
2 TB Chili Sauce


In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients and bring them to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes until mixture thickens, just enough to coat the back of the spoon. Remove from the heat and let cool.]
